Since opening 5 and a half years ago the Grill café has established itself as one of Halesowen’s icons. Thanks to a delightful team and a great selection of food the café receives visitors from all over the Midlands.

The Grill’s owner, Mehmet Aslan, has lived in the UK for 11 years having originated from Turkey. Mehmet has worked in the food industry for over 20 years and he sought to bring this experience to the town.

“I had been looking for a place to open the shop for nearly 6 months. I searched Birmingham, Dudley and the surrounding areas but I just couldn’t find anywhere. Then a friend recommended Halesowen. After visiting I immediately found a friendly town with a warm atmosphere. It just felt right” commented Mehmet.

The Grill has earned a reputation as one of the friendliest restaurants in town and the community has certainly welcomed them into their hearts.

“Every single customer is important to me and I welcome every single one. I like to treat them like a King and Queen.” beams Mehmet.

“We have customers from Wolverhampton, Quinton, Stourbridge, Kidderminster and Birmingham, all because people recommend us.”

Mehmet has even had customers all the way from Cyprus! “The family visit relatives here for a month each year and they always come to see us for their breakfast!”

The Grill serves all day breakfast, lunch and dinner during:

Monday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 8:30am – 3:00pm

Takeaway is also available with FREE delivery on orders of £10.
